Troop Meeting Agenda for March 5, 2013

Hey All,

Tomorrow's meeting will begin at 6:30! Not 6! We changed the meeting time because I have a dentist appointment that I can't miss that might've run in to 6 which isn't all right for tomorrow.

Tomorrow we have our elections!

This means all scouts need to be there!

Elected positions are SPL and PL. Others are appointed and volunteered for, we will talk about those at the meeting.

Skiing and Tobogganing 2013

Meeting Agenda for February 12, 2013

Hey All,

Our skiing and tobogganing saturday was a success! People had a lot of fun and the pictures can be seen on the blog post above this one!

For tomorrow's meeting we will be doing something new and will be attending an Austrian Fasching party. It's still at 6 but we will not be meeting at AIS.

The address is Krottenbachstraße 120 (bus stop "Glanzing")- it's a very ugly looking church- on the right side steps downstairs and then the second door.

Transportation will be available from AIS via the Dietderich car at 17.45 for those needing it but please let them know!

Don't forget costumes ;)

Tobogganing Day This Saturday!

Hey All,

So we're definitely going tobogganing/skiing this Saturday! Seth, I'm still waiting to hear from you on whether or not you're coming, let me know and I'll give you a ride.

All the info is below:

What?

We're going tobogganing on old fashion sleds at a very cool course that includes a lift and rentable sleds. If you'd like to ski in the afternoon, you're also free to do so.

Where?

Semmering Zauberberg!

Adress: Zauberberg 1, 2680 Semmering

When?

This saturday!

Meeting Time: 10 am Main Gondola Station

We think we'll leave probably around three or have possibility to leave earlier.

How Much?

Here is the link to the tickets. We can decide there if we want to get a ticket based on runs, or time.

Meeting Agenda for February 5, 2012

Hey All!

Great job last week with the merit badges! A fair amount of requirements were completed from the following merit badges:

Personal Fitness (Eagle Required)
Family Life (Eagle Required)
Personal Management (Eagle Required)
Camping (Eagle Required)
Golf
Winter Sports

That's really awesome considering we only have five scouts in our troop! Make sure to do any "homework" or reading for that merit badge your counselor might have assigned to you!

Next meeting's agenda is as following:

PLC with Jack, Ben and Neil.
Seth will work on Scout Requirements
More Info on Saturday

Mr. Rhoades, my dad, Seth, and I have both expressed interest in skiing this Saturday. People from the venturing club have as well but it depends if they get me their forms in time for them. I would still like to go with the troop as long as Seth and Mr. Rhoades still want to. That's two adults and two scouts, (Mr. Rhoades you can bring your wife too if you'd like).

So no matter the numbers, I think it's important we go!

Also, involving the campout in March. Final dates will be decided on Tuesday at the PLC, but my guess is it will be the same weekend as the Adult Leadership in Wasserg s'preng (March 1-3, 2013).
