Campout Info for March 22-23, 2013

Hey All,

Here is all the necessary info for the upcoming campout that takes place this weekend. I look forward to seeing you all there!

Meeting Time

Saturday March 22 - 0930 AIS Cafeteria 

Arrival Time

Sunday March 23 - 1200 AIS Cafeteria

Meal Prep (for five scouts)

Lunch - We're switching to bag lunches because a change of plans in the schedule. 

(But Jack still bring Gatorade!)

0945 - Depart on Hike with Venturing Club

1230 - Cars will pick us up at Cobenzl to go to Counts

1330 - Arrive at Counts (Set up Camp and Tents)

1430 - Jack and Neil Set up Archery Range

         - Seth Works On Tenderfoot

         - Ben works on Camping MB

1530 - Archery

1630 - Goes Back To Some Scout Skills (Neil and Jack Check Space for Manhunt)

1730 - Start Dinner Prep

1815 - Dinner and Dessert

1930 - Clean Up

2000 - Man Hunt Game

2100 - Campfire Stories and Songs

0730 - Breakfast Prep 

0800 - Breakfast 

0830 - Breakfast KP

0900 - Scout Skill Session

1000 - Tent Removal

1045 - Departure
