Meeting Agenda for September 24, 2013

Hey all,

We got our first campout this weekend! Tomorrow's meeting will focus on the following:

1. Finalizing our menus
2. Scheduling for the trip
3. Driving arrangements
4. Necessary equipment needed for the campout
5. Skits for the campfire

We'll find time time to get a game there but be thinking about skit ideas, do some googling if you're all out of ideas. Each patrol is going to be performing a skit at saturdays campfire.

Upcoming Dates:

Sep 28-29: Archery Campout
Oct 12-13: Hike/ Cook off Campout

Other Reminders:

Permission slips are due this meeting with the payment of 20 euros (includes archery instructor fee)

T-Shirt forms are due as soon as possible (with cash) so we can order them.
